A person who helped fortifying a synagogue in the region of Manchester has recounted how a tragic incident occurred, causing the demise of a pair of British Jews.
Early Thursday, Alan Levy was within the worship center when a perpetrator drove a vehicle toward and attacked with a knife attendees coming together for a service to commemorate the holy day.

Survivor Testimony of the Attack

"I saw this great, big, evil monster shoulder charge the main doors, trying to bash them down with a knife in his hand," he explained to reporters.
"The only thing I heard he uttered 'this is what you're going to get for killing our children'.
That was all he expressed. We stood inside the building and we were saying 'we are not letting this man in'.
"He was a crazed, violent individual."
